Project Overview

Xfinity, a nationwide telecommunications provider, sought our team's assistance in designing an engaging rewards program app to enhance their in-store shopping experience. The primary objective was to create a user-friendly platform that would encourage customers to sign up for exclusive rewards at designated kiosks, either independently or with the help of sales associates.

Design Process

Our approach focused on simplifying the sign-up process into three easy steps while incorporating interactive elements such as animated loading screens and gamification of prizes. The app was designed to adapt to each Xfinity store's unique offerings, providing location-based rewards through an automated backend system. Customers could participate in a spin-wheel game for seasonal rewards or use scratch cards to win evergreen rewards.

Conclusion

By delivering an engaging and intuitive rewards program app, we successfully met Xfinity's expectations and elevated their in-store shopping experience. The seamless integration of interactive features and location-based rewards fostered an enjoyable environment for customers to join the program, claim exclusive perks, and enhance their overall satisfaction with Xfinity's services.
