Project Overview

Home Instead, a leading at-home caregiving provider, sought our expertise to revamp their brand identity with a focus on digital presence. The primary objective was to create an acquisition-focused strategy that highlighted their modern approach to senior care while maintaining a sense of warmth and relatability.

Design Process

To address Home Instead's needs, we developed a comprehensive solution encompassing a website redesign, interactive quiz, service directory, and a targeted CRM campaign. We aimed to personalize the at-home care experience and showcase the brighter side of senior care, which we coined as "a better what's next." Our redesign featured vibrant colors, accessible text, and heartwarming images of caregivers and their loved ones.

Conclusion

Our team's creative approach resonated with Home Instead's key stakeholders, leading them to select our agency as their marketing partner. Following the successful pitch, we kicked off the partnership by implementing the nurture work, including the redesigned website and email strategy. This collaboration allowed us to establish a visually compelling and empathetic digital presence for Home Instead, setting the foundation for a lasting partnership.
